District/School Phone All Call System
In case of school closings or emergencies, the district is using School Messenger as our all call system. Please make sure all information is correct in our system. This system will also send text messages, and e-mails as well as calling.
Do not just depend on the "All Call" for school weather closing, also listen to Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati radio and television stations.
If you have not received any calls this school year for any reason, please contact the school to make sure we have your correct information.

2. What is needed to enroll a new student?
1.Copies of Social Security card
2. Birth certificate
3. Immunization certificate
4. Physical
5. Any custody papers
6. IEP 

*Must have a new physical before entering 6th grade & if they are entering school for the 1st time.
** Sports physicals for 6th-12th grades must be updated annually (students can NOT play or practice until coach has an updated physical form).

3. How do I get information to Check my Child's Grades?
Parent or guardian must come to the school to receive this information. It can NOT be mailed or sent with a student.

4.What day is graduation?
The graduation date will not be set until we are sure there is no more chance of missing school because of bad weather. Once it is set please check the high school website for date and time.

5.How much will lunch/breakfast cost?
Breakfast is $1.00 at all schools
Lunch
Elementary  - $1.60
Middle School - $1.85
High School - $2.00

6. What bus will my child ride?

7.What time does school start and dismiss?
Lower Elementary  8:05 - 3:05
Upper Elementary  7:55 - 3:05
Middle School         7:57 - 3:00
High School            7:55 - 3:00

8.Why don't we take bus notes over the phone?
We can not take bus or pickup changes over the phone. It is a "Safety Issue", anyone could call the school and say they are that student's parent. We do not take changes over the phone either. You must bring in a note to make any changes.

9.When is the last day for students?
The last day of school has a high potential of changing due to inclement weather.
It is best to look at the event calendar on the home page. Please be reminded that this may change several times throughout the year.

10. When is our Winter and Spring Break?
Winter Break is from Dec. 19 - Dec. 31 School starts back up January 2
Spring Break is from April 9 -13

We will send out the "ALL CALL' system and Post here on our website of school closing.
